Pineapple and potato and eleven secret spices. Or was it five public spices? Whatever it was, they are all my favorite things. No non-favorite things allowed. The skin was left on and that made it all oily. I wanted the chicken oil this time, and I wanted the chicken slightly overcooked. Four chicken thighs braised in the oven on moderate heat for an hour. 
The pineapple was on sale for $1.50, I should have picked up a couple but I didn't feel like it. Can you imagine that, this far inland? They were four or five times that much on Maui.
