Cauliflower Milagu Peratu/Cauliflower Pepper Fry

Cauliflower milagu peratu is a simple and easy to prepare dish made in the combination of cauliflower and black pepper. This is also known as cauliflower pepper fry. This is a popular dish in Tamil nadu.
Ingredients:-
Cauliflower -200gmsPepper powder-30gms Onions-2 Garlic cloves -3pods Green chillis-2 Lemon juice-tsp Salt-as per taste Coriander leaves –for garnish
For thadka:-
Mustard seeds-1tsp Urad dal-1tsp Dry chili-2 Curry leaves-few Oil-2tsps
method:-
 

Clean and boil the cauliflower and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan add the thadka ingredients one by one, mustard seeds, dry chillies(broken into half) ,Urad dal and fry for 2mins.
Add chopped onions, green chilies, crushed garlic and little salt and stir fry for few mins. Till onions turn translucent.
To this add the boiled cauliflower, pepper powder, salt, and lemon juice. Let it cook for 2 mins.
Mix it well, and serve hot.
