
Bhuna hua gosht is a very popular dish made during id and many other celebrations. Its meat in thick gravy .
Ingredients:-Mutton -1 kgGreen chillies -8Onions chopped -1 cupGinger garlic paste -2 tspTurmeric powder-1/2 tspChilly powder-3 tspLemon juice -2 tspShajeera/jeera -1 tspDhania/coriander seed powder -1 tspDry coconut powder -2 tspOil-3 tsp
Method:-
Pressure cook mutton till its done with little salt and sufficient water. Separate the water and keep aside.Heat oil in a pan, add jeera,chopped onions,curry leaves and fry for 2 mins or till light brown in colour.
Add chopped green chillies,ginger garlic paste fry till the raw smell leaves.
To this add turmeric powder ,chilli powder,cooked mutton mix well and add coconut powder and coriander powder and let it fry for few more mins.
Remove from the flame add little lemon juice and garnish with cilantro.
Serve hot.
