RiceSalad
Ingredients:-
3 cups cooked rice1/2 cup cooked peas1/2 cup cooked corn1/2 cup raisins1/2 cup chopped red andgreen pepper1/3 cup olive oil3-4 sliced tomatoes/cherrytomatoes1 cup diced chicken (cooked)Salt and fresh groundpepper to taste
Method:-
Let the rice cool completely.
Combine all ingredients ina bowl.
Toss with olive oil. Serveon greens or lettuce and Garnish with tomatoes.
